Ukulele Works, Website Doesn't

If you wound up here, you must be having technical difficulties.

With many thanks to Ukeschool student Rebecca, a likely solution has been found.

A novel web browser known as Puffin has been known to allow you to enjoy interactive Flash™ content on your mobile device. This is a much-needed breakthrough, especially here at UkeSchool!

You can download the Puffin web browser for free, and then enjoy all of UkeSchool's interactive content, on the go, and also for free!

Before I heard about Puffin, here's what I had to say about all this:

Let's see if we can figure out what's going on...

Many of the "interactive" parts of ukeschool involve multiple audio tracks that are synched and controllable from a dynamic interface. You control what you see and hear, to gain insights into the ideas and techniques that the "interactivity" is designed to demonstrate.

The only way to achive this kind of interactive multimedia on a wide variety of web-surfing machines is to use something called "Flash™".

The Flash™ Player is available FREE from Adobe — A very large and somewhat reputable corporation — you can get it here.

If you are using a device that does not allow Flash™ — and there are a couple — I'm afraid there is no simple solution I can offer, except for you to wait until you are at a web-surfing machine that does have a Flash™ player, and then you can use the interactive multi-media on this site.

Sorry for any inconvenience.
